Purpose of the job, To be responsible for the analysis of the business function and processes as well as assist in the logical design of systems and databases for the business processes

Occupational Level, Skilled technical and academically qualified workers, junior management, supervisors, foremen, and superintendents

Grade, C Lower

Required Level of Education and Experience

Educational Background

– Grade 12, NQF Level 4 plus Industrial engineering or
relevant degree, NQF Level 6

– Business management degree, NQF Level 6, optional

– MBA optional

Previous Experience,

– 2 to 3 years in a business environment

– 2 to 3 years in a technical environment

Knowledge and Skills

– Critical thinking and problem solving skills

– Facilitation skills

– Knowledge of relevant legislation that may affect the environment

– Knowledge of labour legislation

– Knowledge of technical standards

– Knowledge of business processes

– Understands companys business ethics and values
